Our shipping packaging includes dry ice, cooler liner, frozen gel packs, and a sturdy box. The costs add up and, as a small independent company, we do not receive the perks given to larger companies by courier companies.

Our packaging has been tested for upwards 72-96 hours and it never surpassed an internal temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit. However, product may start to partially thaw after the 48 mark. Express and overnight shipping can guarantee you receive your product below 40 degrees, especially if you live in the East or West Coast or states with warmer climate.
Our staff will also prioritize orders with Express and Overnight Shipping to ensure that your product will arrive on time for your event.
States that typically take 3 days to ship include, but are not limited to - WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT, AZ, FL, NC, VA, WV, NY, NJ, CT, MA, VT, NH, ME, DE.
Overnight Shipping is shipped Monday-Thursday.
Express Shipping is shipped Monday-Wednesday.
Vander Farmers does not accept returns because our items are perishable. However, if the product is damaged in transit, kindly contact us at info@vanderfarmers.com so we can investigate the situation and/or the unsatisfactory process you experienced.
We aim to deliver nothing but the best for our customers and want to know if we did something wrong so we can make it right.
The arrival of your product frozen is not guaranteed by Vander Farmers. We do our best to ensure the product arrives in the best condition possible by using a combination of dry ice and frozen gel packs. If you are purchasing a product to consume at a date more than a few weeks away, we suggest upgrading to one of our expedited shipping services (UPS Next Day Air, or UPS 2nd Day Air).
